The 12th National Ride organised by the H&K Cycle Club will take cyclists on an exciting journey from London to Lydd. Following the success of last year’s ride to Bognor Regis, this year’s event promises another challenging yet rewarding experience, covering picturesque countryside and coastal routes. As always, the ride aims to bring together cycling enthusiasts of all levels while supporting a meaningful charitable cause. Participants will have the opportunity to push their limits, enjoy the camaraderie of fellow riders, and contribute to a vital fundraising effort. With the club’s strong history of organising well-planned and impactful rides, the London-to-Lydd journey is set to be another memorable chapter in the H&K Cycle Club’s legacy.

This year, the ride is dedicated to raising funds for the construction of a second bread factory in Yemen, in partnership with the charity Saba Relief. The first bread factory, which was successfully funded by the 8th H&K National Ride.

With Yemen still facing a severe hunger crisis, this second factory will further expand efforts to combat malnutrition and support those in desperate need. By participating in the ride, cyclists will not only challenge themselves physically but also contribute to a life-changing project that will provide a sustainable source of nourishment for thousands.
